Offer our clients from the initial proto type to the making of the master pattern or tooling used in the casting process, and then we machine the item, all under one roof, to suite both material specifictions and tight machining tolerances.

3 D Printing
We are one of the few foundries in the country who offer a 3 D Printing facility.
This enables us to assist our clients with proto type printing of new designs or the modification of an existing product in production.
Pattern Makers
Currently we offer an in-house pattern shop with pattern making facilities.

Patterns can be made from wood, resin or alumnium.
​
Our experienced patternmakers are experts in their field and can assist you with any shape or size.
Castings
The non-ferrous castings are cast in both gravity die casting or sand.
​
Volumes vary from 1 to 10 000's off.
​
We produce specialised products & therefore minimum quantity orders are not a requirement.
